内容自体は、選択理論や7つの習慣の「主体的である」やFour AgreementsのDont’t Take Anything Personalとそれほど変わらない。しかし、表現を変えると響き方も変わるもので、2つに分けるというシンプルな構図がわかりやすい。マイナスな方向に向かってしまう人にはこんな説明の仕方もいいな、と感じた。
